3Site evaluationDuration5–7 daysWhat happensWe assess the location: distance from the nearest branch, foot traffic, and the size of the space.What you doSend the address, photos and measurements. If you do not have a space yet, we help you work out the kind of location to look for.
4Approval and contractDuration7–10 daysWhat happensOnce approved, we send the full agreement. Read it carefully. You may have your lawyer review it before signing.What you doRead, ask, sign and pay the franchise fee.
5Setup and trainingDuration21–30 daysWhat happensThe unit and equipment are delivered and installed. Alongside that, you and your crew are trained.What you doPrepare the space, hire crew, and process the permits.

Start Preparing These

You do not need all of these to inquire. But the process moves faster when they are ready.

  • Valid government IDTwo types, with photo
  • Proof of billingFor your address
  • Photos of the spaceIf you are already looking at a location

At the inquiry stage we ask for none of these. We are telling you now so you have time to prepare.

Site selection

What Kind of Location Earns

Good signs

  • Heavy foot traffic day and night
  • Near a terminal, market or school
  • Subdivision entrance or a busy road
  • Adequate power and water
  • 24-hour operation is permitted

Be careful

  • Inside a location that closes at night
  • No parking or tricycle stop
  • Night operation not allowed in the area
  • Very close to an existing branch
  • Rent too high for expected sales
